MARK YOUR CALENDARS! The annual Doxie HobNob wiener races are set for December 8th @ 2 p.m. and we hope all you low-riders have been training because this will be an amazing HobNob-worthy event and the competition will be stiff:)
Aside from our usual HobNob setup we’ll have an amazing schedule of races, events, and surprises all leading up to finale race! For all of you who asked about the sprint distance- you’re looking at a 100ft dash. We will release the race schedule in the next few weeks.

We support the Dachshund Rescue of Los Angeles and they’ll onsite with all their low-riders who are looking to make a connection with that special human(s) Please make sure to invite EVERYONE you know so we can help find these little guys a forever home.

The Chili Cook-off is Charleston Animal Society’s largest annual fundraiser. Each year we help more than 11,000 animals, making us the Lowcountry’s largest animal rescue organization. We have never needed your help more as we continue toward our goal of No Kill Charleston 2015.
This year’s Chili Cook-off on November 23rd, will be bigger than ever:
• Over 1,000 animal supporters from all over the Lowcountry will fill the grounds of the Joe Riley Park.
• Taste award winning chili, shuck endless oysters, enjoying local beers and beverages.
• Enjoy the Kid Zone, TV Football Zone (so you won’t miss any of the match-ups!), & Game Zone.
• You help save animals by buying a ticket or supporting one of our Chili Teams with a donation!
The 5th Annual Rockabilly for Rescues
will be held Friday, Dec. 6th from 7-10 p.m.
at J&B’s Blue Ribbon, 5230 W. Blue Mound Road, in Milwaukee.
The event will feature live music by the all-girl rockabilly band, Crazy Rocket Fuel. A $10 donation at the door is suggested. We will also have our traditional raffle with a large selection of items. Food will be available for purchase through J&B’s kitchen.
